It was excellent. We had a great time.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room was soo big! We really enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast every morning was excellent! If we ever go back to San Miguel de Allende we will definitely stay here again.

i would stay there again.

Having a suite was very convenient for a girls trip--we were able to have alone time as well as a sitting room. It was close to town.

The sitting room had concrete benches with a few cushions, so not very comfortable, and the wifi didn't work in the bedrooms.

There’s not hot water in any room and the cost is high if you compare what you pay with the hotel your staying. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance although the services is the only thing that is worth it.

Great included breakfast and friendly staff. Got a 1st floor room. Location is not directly in town center so quiet at night. Close enough to walk to center and Uber anywhere. Included some free bottles of water.

The breakfast didn’t start till 9am. Could of used a floor mat by bed. Staff has limited English but not a problem us.

Overall value was there and location was in a quiet area but close enough to walk to all the action.

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make it a pleasant stay.

The room size was very small and the finishing shave seen better days. The ceiling had cobwebs (dust) and just could use a little more cleaning.

Except for the location,it was good.

The staff was very accomadating,the chef opened the kitchen and made us some dinner as we didn't want to go searching for a restaurant in unfamiliar area.(There wasn't anything nearby).

A little too far away from shops and restaurants,and all uphill to walk to,seemed isolated especially at night to be walking around,so we switched to the other Casa De las Conservas for the second night of our stay.

Great Stay in San Miguel for those who don’t care about bathrooms.

Great bed, and always made every morning. They filled up the water bottles as welll. Breakfast was amazing And includes a lot of options. Mexican and international options available. Parking off site but guarded. Location was close to the centre but at the bottom of the hill not for everyone to climb.

The bathroom was possibly one of the worst we’ve ever had. It continues my stank because of the sewage - there was hardly any water coming out of the tap of the shower and there were no shampoo or soaps. If you come home at night you have the chance there’s no one to open the door (3am - for party people this is very annoying)

Dishonestly misrepresented in listing; shabby, dark, squalid

This hotel was billed as "luxury." It was just above "adequate." The room's fixtures were all shabby. The bed frame was rough 2 x 4's, and the bed skirt tacked to it with tacks -- some of which were close to falling out. The bed had a sheet and a nasty, polyester blanket. There was no balcony, as promised. There were two windows, one large (looking over courtyard, which if left open provided a completely open view into the room from below), and one tiny. The result of this was that the room was very dark. The internal lights were unpleasant fluorescent in nature. The kitchen was pointless, consisting only of a sink and lots and lots of empty cabinets. A tiny TV was fixed to the wall, with various unsightly wires snaking to and from it. At breakfast, there was no printed menu, and the verbal description of "scrambled eggs" failed to note the sausage IN THE SCRAMBLED EGGS. I don't eat pork, so I couldn't eat the eggs.... Booking.com completely misrepresented this room, which cost as much as truly luxury rooms in San Miguel.

They went out of their way to make my mom's birthday a special day. They decorated the dinning room and sang Las Mañanitas to her. Location is unbeatable.

Excellent value for what you get.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment that was large and well laid out. Food in restaurant was good and convenient after a long day.

As with most rooms in the San Miguel central area, expect noise from the street, ask for a quiet room in the back and/or bring earplugs for sleeping.
